So thankful to find Dr. Leiman! I had such a wonderful experience with her and her team yesterday. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen and cared for. She sat down with me, took her time, and made me feel completely at ease. She walked me through everything so thoughtfully, and now we have a plan in place for my skin. I went in feeling a little down on myself — vulnerable and unsure — and she met me with such kindness and compassion. Her words, her energy, her presence… it was exactly what I needed. I left her office feeling hopeful, empowered, and honestly, like a weight had been lifted. So grateful for her heart and expertise — I truly feel like I’m in the best hands.

Truly love any visit to Elite, it is the most rewarding experience from start to finish. NP Leanne is the absolute BEST! She is an expert in all things injectables and gives the most insightful explanation of the entire process and physiology behind it. Her work is precise, painless, and so effective. Have also received fabulous lymphatic drainage massage here too. The interior environment of the spa is beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would absolutely recommend Elite to anyone, and visits here are a necessity to any self-care, medspa, and wellness routine!

This is my first visit here and my first hydrafacial with boosters. I was beyond pleased with my experience. My aesthetician Eva was amazing. So pleasant. She did amazing work. So knowledgeable. My skin was glowing. I would highly recommend this Elite Med Spa in Needham and services they offer. I booked another facial before I left. Excellence. Came in for a blood test. I was greeted by a very welcoming front desk staff. The place is serene, immaculately clean, celebrating minimalistic aesthetic, has a good overall feel. Phlebotomy was performed with remarkable skilled and super quick. The whole experience was very personable, the entire staff appeared to care about my comfort, I would venture to say they love working at Elite Medspa + Wellness Center. Looking forward to my next visit. Plenty of parking.

There are too many wonderful things about Elite Med Spa! It’s always so wonderful to walk in and see Ashley and Maria smiling right behind the doors. The whole staff is incredible, but I have to praise Payton for absolutely changing my skin. I always look forward to our monthly Hydrafacial, and recently we switched it up with the Skin Pen microneedling. I’m loving my results thus far and would recommend anyone to go see Payton if they’re looking to relax while making some great progress on their skin. Five stars simply isn’t enough for the Elite team!

I had a Sylfirm done with Nicole. My second series with her. She’s very professional and informative. She makes you feel at ease and comfortable. After the procedure is done, it makes my skin feel brand new. I have more firmness, less wrinkles and a glow. I’m in my 60’s and I get complimented on my skin all the time.
