Stretch Marks

LINES THAT WEREN'T PART OF THE PLAN

What Causes Stretch Marks?

Stretch marks form when the skin stretches rapidly during growth spurts, pregnancy, significant weight changes, or muscle building, causing the dermis to tear and leave behind linear scars. Initially they may appear red or purple, and over time they fade to a silvery white. While completely harmless, many people find them difficult to ignore. They're also more treatable than most people expect. Elite MedSpa offers treatments that work at a structural level, stimulating the skin's own repair processes to visibly reduce their appearance over time.Mi

The earlier, the better. Stretch marks are more responsive to treatment while they're still in the red or pink phase. That said, older stretch marks can still be improved, results just take more sessions.

Most clients see meaningful improvement after three to six sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart. Your provider will give you a clearer picture after assessing the age, depth, and location of your stretch marks.

We recommend waiting until after breastfeeding has ended for most energy-based treatments. Your provider will help you determine when the timing is right to begin.
